The process

Free consultation
You have the option to schedule a 15 minute phone call to discuss any questions you have about proceeding with therapy and to ensure it’s the right fit.

Scheduling an appointment
When you’re ready to start, you’ll be provided with options for dates and times for your first appointment and sent an online intake assessment to complete in advance of your appointment.

Getting ready
Once your appointment is scheduled into the secure online video platform you can consider your goals for therapy to discuss in the first appointment to provide a clear direction for your therapy.

Ongoing therapy
We will work collaboratively to identify therapy goals and design a treatment plan best suited for your unique needs, which we will continue to work through until we agree to end therapy.

Follow up
Upon the completion of therapy you are always welcome to return. You can book periodic follow ups or sessions on an as-needed basis if something else has come up in your life that you would like support for.
If you have extended health benefits from your employer for services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW) you may be eligible for partial or total coverage of psychotherapy.
